kbordson 8 #2 August 20, 2007 Nope. Cuz that's part of being a friend. Accepting that person for the whole person that he/she is. Letting them live that life the way they feel it should be lived. Now... don't go to a slumber party if you think your arch nemisis is going to be there too.... cuz the blood ruins the mood... But otherwise, it's all good. kbordson 8 #13 August 20, 2007 Quote So you're saying you wouldn't care if the bully guy you knew in high school was dating your sister. She might see something in him that is totally different that what you can see. Your view is clouded by your past, and biases... as is hers, but with a different filter. What you see, isn't what she sees. Now, you can warn her (like I did at the top of the aisle prior to my sister walking down to marry the laziest, most truly ignorant and selfish man that I had met.... "RUN, CHRISSY, RUN!".....) but it's her decision. (and in time, she did end up divorcing him... but not before he beat her and mentally abused my nephew.... which suprised me, considering that he seemed scared of me when I explained to him what would happen if he did abuse her.... I should have kept that promise.) edit cuz of stoopid speling and fingerz just not hiting rit keys

Nightingale 0 #18 August 20, 2007 I don't care who my friends are friends with. That's their business. However, sometimes, I'll see my friends not being treated well by other people, and it bothers me when they just take it rather than standing up for themselves. Sometimes I'll say something (to my friend, not the third party), sometimes I won't. It really depends on the situation.
