It is the spark that fuels your metabolism for each day. If you skip breakfast, your body goes into survival mode and hangs onto the fat reserve. If you aren't a breakfast person, then you can ease into becoming one with just a lowfat yogurt and top it off with oat bran. That's how I started adjusting to eating breakfast.
