TrophyHusband 0 #1 August 23, 2007 there's another video of celebrity (that tall guy from everybody loves raymond) taking a swing at a cameraman. while famous people have no expectation of privacy while in public, i don't think they should have cameras shoved in their face. there should be a minimum radius that cameramen can't enter. this radius should be the arm's length of the celebrity. if this radius is breached, the celebrity should then be allowed swing away. they won't be allowed to hit the person, only the camera, but if the cameraman takes collateral damage such as a black eye or bloody nose, too bad. this would create some excellent videos. Why in the hell does one lose any expectation of privacy simply because one becomes "famous". I don't get it. The bitch of it is that, in these cases, the courts will always support the intruder when push comes to shove. My reality and yours are quite different. I think we're all Bozos on this bus. TrophyHusband 0 #4 August 23, 2007 i heard some of the audio, and it sounded like the cameraman was antagonizing him. "Your scrotum is quite nice" - Skymama www.kjandmegan.com
TrophyHusband 0 #5 August 23, 2007 i don't think anyone, famous or not, has an expectation of privacy while in public. i just think it would be funny to make it legal to take a swing at someone who puts a camera in your face. of course this law wouldn't apply at the drop zone. Then they invade your personal space. Then they antagonize you. And when you respond with a shove or a punch, then they sell the pictures for tens of thousands of dollars, and sue you for more tens of thousands of dollars.
