Personal Attack Videos or pictures

I'm sure this was discussed in the team room at length today.

If you just posted a video or picture that just said:

(Postername) is a fucktard that's just a pointless stupid personal attack.

However, if you created a 5+ minute movie with music and props there should be an exemption to this because everyone should see it just to see what a loser you are. Especially if the person targeted is laughing their ass off at their lameness.

If someone did anything like that about me I'd be flattered.
