rigging school?

I wanted to get some recommendations on some rigging schools in or around Texas, preferably close to Dallas. If you know their w-site address that would be great too.

As far as I know, there aren't any an the area.

There aren't. There are, however, some incredibly good riggers you can learn from. A large majority of the riggers out there today didn't learn from a school, they learned by being a rigger apprentice with a seasoned rigger at their DZ or at a DZ near by.

thats the key word. Even though its within my priviledges to sign off on pack jobs now - there's no way in hell I would even think about it at this point.
Find someone that has been around the block.

Check with the riggers at your DZ. One of them may be willing to take-on a student or, check with the DPRE in the Dallas area. I live in Texas and traveled to Eloy to Sandy Reid's school, there. Good luck to you.
