On another note, I got another contact to figure out my plan to join the Coast Guard and become a rescue swimmer. I'm going to call him tomorrow morning and discuss the details with him, see what he says, how practical it is, and what to do if it doesn't pan out. AggieDave 6 #19 September 5, 2007 My weekly good news is having had so much fun at the CPC Championship in CO. I got to meet a lot of really great people, got to jump with them, compete with them and drink with them. It didn't hurt that I placed well and earned a pro card, but that was definitely secondary. Primarily I just flat out had fun with all the swoopers. People like Marat (the happyswooper.com) are exactly what this sport is about. Even after blowing apart a lineset on his competition canopy, he got out another rig and got competing with a smile.
