BillyVance 35 #1 September 5, 2007 I had a flat tire, and was trying to get the nuts off. Two were stubborn. WD40 didn't help. I was having to use my body weight on my foot just to get it to budge, and snapped off the bolt. That's just fucking great. This is the second time this has happened. First time was several years ago for the same problem on a different wheel. Not only that, but the other bolt had a thread stripped. So now I need to replace two bolts and nuts. Have any of you Tundra owners had this problem? Mine is a 2000 model with 137K miles on it, so maybe a few things need replacing, but it is well maintained. Turns out the flat tire had an old plug from an earlier flat that was leaking air. I've applied 4 coats of that glue in the hopes of plugging up the leak but the spare tire is on for now. I just hope driving 5 miles to the auto supplier store will be okay with 4 of 6 nuts in place.
