So here is the deal I was given a free truck by someone, after 2 months of me having it, and putting $$ into it she is asking for it back. which is a no brainer just outright no. the problem is she works at a hospital where I frequently visit, and I dont want to have a bad working enviroment. so what should I do?
P.S. she is asking for it back because our relationshit didnt work out.

she gave me the title, and signed it as I said she gave me the truck with the intentions of me keeping it. the title has been transferred to mr and is in my name, i bought insurance, and fixed up the truck

She gave you the truck. You paid for registration, parts, labor (even if you did it, it's still labor)............if she wants it back, she pays for all that. She didn't rent it to you, she gave it to you. Money or no truck.

If you have an understandable boss, let them know about the situation. Have her escorted off the premises and if that doesn't work get a restraining order and let the police deal with it. Somewhere in there she'll get the point that it's not ok to harrass you at work.

If the relationship is really over, the truck is a daily reminder to her of her "loss". Sell it immediately. It it yours to do so, since the title, taxes and insurance have been paid by you.
The reminder will go away, and if she is at all reasonable, she will forget about it.
If she is not reasonable, go the restraining order route.
Just make sure that a "for sale" sign is never in it where she can see it, as she may go psycho at the sight of it.
Possession is 9/10ths of the law, and the title is the other 1/10th
