Depend on How stressed I am.

High Stress Day - Grab my H&K 45 and about a 100 Rounds or take one my the SKS`s and several hundered rounds and go put holes in things.

Less Stressful day -
Grab the guitar and make some noise.
Go a few rounds with the Heavy Bag.
Fix something. Car or House project.
Find a long streatch of Country raod, Put in Subhumans, GBH, Exploited, Dayglo Abortions or Such and turn both the car and the stereo to 11.

We can fix that when you come up for the "Everything under the Sun Boogie" at the Farm.

There is an outdoor range not too far away.

That will be awesome! Im ready to shoot something. :D

It used to be running... and I would sometimes run 6+ miles /day... but since my knee surgery I'm stuck using the elliptical machine which isn't as relaxing ... cuz there's no trees, no lake, no "outdoors"

I need to get back to meditating and using music to help "center" my thoughts and calm the chaos.

I also try to look at those who have less than I... and focus on how my problems really aren't all that important. Sometimes that helps avoid the "overwhelming" feelings....

Depends. If I'm really angry and have energy, I get on the treadmill and play obnoxiously loud music.

If I have no energy and I'm overwhelmed/sad stressed, I take a really long hot shower and curse everything that's going wrong, then I post stupid things on the internet that I'll probably regret later.

If I'm mad at someone HERE, in my HOUSE, I typically go out, spend an obscene amount of money on things I don't really need, and then come back home. A friend of mine taught me that one. B|

other than skydiving and rubbing one out?

me...I draw with charcoals and dance. Makes me feel so much better. Been dancing for two hours now to old school hip hop.:)

Hockey, drinkin' beer, camping and cruisin' on the harley. Probably more that gets my mind off of life, but that's all I can come up with right now.
Some people refrain from beating a dead horse. Personally, I find a myriad of entertainment value when beating it until it becomes a horse-smoothie.

Assuming sex is excluded (since rubbing one out was), I like going into hermit mode. Cooking some good food, having it with good wine, and a good movie or some tunes...that usually turns stressed Dave into relaxed Dave.
