dterrick 0 #5 December 15, 2002 ... not much better in Manitoba. No bus costs, and maybe $15 in fuel, but no jumps despite a promising forecast. Ma Nature was in a bad mood, again. Two weeks ago at Brandon ($30 in fuel) the sky cleared just in time for sunset (no loads), stayed clear overnight and weathered us out on the Sunday too. Damn near no snow here so no skiing either. Sure doesn't feel like the Christmas season. OTOH winter mountain biking is nicer than it was last year.
