Icon134 0 #1 September 28, 2007 So I spent the last few weeks with about 60 other Company Grade officer engineers/scientists learning how to fire an M-16, learning dismounted patrol basics, learned the basics of Military Operations in Urban Terrain (i.e. how to brake down doors and clear a room kind of like SWAT teams) and was living in a make shift Forward Operating base. Though we just got a smattering of knowledge I definitely gained an appreciation for what many of my military brethren who don't have the relatively normal "day" job" I generally have...
