My new 5000 Calories a day diet

Recommended Posts

I'll tell ya I've been pretty pleased with it so far. I've gained 23 lbs. in slightly more than two months.

My day starts out with an entire blender of protien shake mix. The label says that with milk it's 1860 calories. After a couple hours I hit iHop for a ham and cheese omlet with three pancakes and a glass of large orange juice. For lunch I've been stopping by chick fil-a for 2 boxes of the 12 peice nuggets.

This normally fills me up untill about 5 or 6 pm. Then it's time to get serious about eating. Often it's pasta in the evening with beef or fish.

Lately I have been hogging out on everything I have in my apartment until I'm sick. I've never felt better!

What do you take? I have had best results with Muscle Milk - the Chocolate Peanut Butter tastes just like a pulverized Reese's Cup.

23 pounds in two months? Lean muscle?

I didn't want to presume anything before I heard the explanation. It really depends on the circumstances - recovering from a terrible accident or debilitating condition? Maybe, with all the calories; but lean muscle? Not on protein alone, and not on anything that is currently legal (or isn't about to be banned as soon as the government catches up with the formula this version).

It's lean muscle.

The protein mix is by Optimum Nutrition which I bought at a local GNC store. I am almost finished with my second container.

I forgot to mention that I have been going to Golds Gym for a 1.5 hour weight training workout ever other day, 'cept weekends which I take off.

I just fell over backwards in my chair. Every other day, except weekends? You gained ten pounds a month lifting Monday-Wednesday-Friday?!

I don't know what to say. Obviously my years of experience and experimentation have lied to me. By this time next year, you should have gained a whole other person, with an additional 120 pounds.

I work in a gym, and normally spend 1.5 hours lifting six days, on a 1-2-3, 1-2-3 split (1-chest & tris, 2-back & bi's, 3-legs & shoulder, Monday thru Saturday), and I haven't made the astonishing gains like you have...but I know some who have, and they didn't get it from GNC.

What's the name of this miracle supplement?

23 pounds of lean muscle in two months's wouldn't even be possible on 2g Testo, 1g Tren a week combined with 10i.e. HGH unless you were like 100 pounds before you started...
Maybe 6-8 pounds of muscles and 15 pounds of water if you're on deca.
And if you are natural, it's silly to work out for 1.5h at the time.

All in line with my point. I should make clear, I am "working out" 1.5 hours, which means, 20 minutes lifting, the remainder of the time talking.

I agree with you, though, completely in your assessment.

What you think doesn't matter to me.
