boinky 0 #1 October 18, 2007 I recently purchased a Wii. I have the basic sports game that came with the console. I also have the special game that came packed with a control. But I'm looking for more diversity now. Suggestions please? Nina Are we called "DAWGs" because we stick our noses up people's butts? skydivermom 0 #2 October 18, 2007 Hey sweetie.....we just got a wii for my son for Christmas. Let me figure out a way to ask him about the games without giving the surprise away. What type of games are you interested in?Mrs. WaltAppel All things work together for good to them that love God...Romans 8:
boinky 0 #3 October 18, 2007 I was checking out the Big Brain Academy for myself. I also heard that the Paper Mario is fun. But my son is almost 13, so I guess I need games that would appeal to him too.Nina Are we called "DAWGs" because we stick our noses up people's butts? psipike02 0 #4 October 18, 2007 Tiger Woods and Legend of Zelda are awesome....I suggest those... I'll go run to my boys house as I just steal his Wii and play his games all the time Puttin' some stank on it. ----Hellfish #707----

Man I need to hurry up and buy one. After playing Zelda for about 10 hours a couple of months ago at a friend's house I've wanted one BAD.--"When I die, may I be surrounded by scattered chrome and burning gasoline." boinky 0 #7 October 18, 2007 You left the dz too early on Sunday. After we closed down, I broke out the Wii and a bunch of us played until the wee hours of the morning. In fact, Todd still has my console at his house, practicing kicking everyone's butt at bowling! Nina Are we called "DAWGs" because we stick our noses up people's butts? AggieDave 6 #9 October 18, 2007 You know I told him that it provided the most fun playing a video game that I've had in 20 years. He didn't really believe me. I'm just waiting for the new Star Wars game coming out in the spring with the lightsaber controller! --"When I die, may I be surrounded by scattered chrome and burning gasoline." boinky 0 #10 October 18, 2007 I had to convince Mike we needed one. He had heard somewhere that there were some bugs in the system. No problems yet! iluvtofly 0 #12 October 18, 2007 Rayman Raving Rabids is fun. It's just a bunch of mini games. Paper Mario is a GREAT game. Definitely one of my favorite Marios. The new DDR for the wii is cool too. Took me a while to get the hang of some of the new stuff but I love it. Mario Party 8 is great for big groups of people. Especially big groups of people who have been drinking. PhreeZone 20 #13 October 18, 2007 I've been playing Zelda a lot and its been fun. Paper Mario is easy enough for a 7 year old but still challenges us to figure out some of the puzzels. Mario PArty 8 is good for multiple people, too bad it requires a seperate controller for each. Big Brain is fun, but I am finding it quickly loses its reply ability unless you are doing the head to head vs someone at your same skill level. Its is great at keeping a 7 year old entertained and learning things like "Pop the ballons in the order of smallest to Largest based on the number on them"Yesterday is history And tomorrow is a mystery Parachutemanuals.com

FreeflyChile 0 #15 October 18, 2007 if you have your wii hooked up to the internet, you can also find old games for pretty cheap to download.
