All the other people who've died weren't moderators here. Those who aren't or haven't been moderators have no idea how much of themselves these people put into this site - time, energy, caring. And what do they get out of it? A free premier membership. And a lot of shit from those who aren't moderators.

My response was going to be something along those lines, plus, all those other people who died weren't close personal friends of the guy who owns the site. His playground, his rules, and his decision on how to mourn his loved ones.

I'm cool with it. Not cool with why it had to be done - that part sucks - but I'm cool with the decision.

This is YOUR site, these are YOUR rules/boundaries, and we are all here to support you in the way that you choose to run your site and the way you need to grieve. If someone wants to direct the site otherwise, then they can pay the fees and alot the endless time and effort to do so.

I think that most of us are in the same boat and feeling *solemn* as well...it's been a helluva weekend of loss
