yea, yesterday it was the goodbye-party from the club, but no jumping due to weather, today was nice..

mists of haze on the ground, some hills peeking from underneath, all still green, above a cover of clouds, the alps in the back..

that was the best summer in my last 15 years or so. cant wait to next!

there's other DZ's around, but i guess, just not one with ours vibe..

what am i gonna do now? check the other dropzones out? move to a warmer country? tunnel time? hibernate???

Our season is wrapping up as well.....to help with the winter blues as I don't do winter sports we are going to florida in jan and cali in feb. Just got back from cali......16 jumps in 3 1/2 days so was overall productive

Today was the last day of our official season. It took just about everyone on the dz yesterday and today to make all of 8 loads out of the Caravan. Next week, the plane goes to NV for the winter, so any more jumps between now and after Easter will be from the 182.

There's always CA and FL, and dz.com. My sanity just may be tested this winter.

FUCK YEAH!!! The season is never over! All you really need are some good glove silk glove liners, some latex gloves to cut out the wind, and a pair of thin gloves to keep everything under wraps

Season's over for us as well here at A.S.S.

We had our end of year/halloween party today!!!! It was an awesome season, and next year's going to be even better!!! I can't wait!!!

Until then, i'll be traveling to those "other" places to jump...

Florida, then Hawaii, and who knows where else!!!!!!

I have my limits on when it is too cold to jump. Fortunately that doesn't happen for any great length of time in GA. And if it does, I can always drive to FL.

club goes to elsinore in november, then empuria for the xmas-boogie, i'll try to make that, then elsinore in march again. if i work my ass off and things turn out alright, i want to make that one too..

and maybe there's some mountain-swooping, but yea, i dont think i'd go with them even if they'd take me..

just found out, the guy from the local grocery store is a skydiver too! seen his father doing a tandem and stuff.. he jumps at the dorky dropzone.. might as well go and check it out anyways..

Just got back from elsinore .....waht a great dropzone....very gracious and good energy. We head to sebastian in dec-jan - holiday boogie and then down to perris in feb for tunnel camp.

i only hear good things about s'nore..

if you guys ever come to switzerland between march and october, drop a quick visit to beromünster, i love that place.. second home, second family there.. and i'm very sure everyone feels just as welcomed as "the regulars".. beautiful scenery, cool plane, nice, lush and green landing zone, the best staff ever, great coaches, good freefliers, swooping loving bunch of dysfunctional social group.. bero is fucking great!
