"I'll be brief. This isn't a sport. This is an activity. This doesn't belong on ESPN. This is filler. It is nonsense. I pray those of you who participate in this activity die while attempting the activity, because that's the only way you can set a good example to other bored children that crave an adrenaline rush.

I only feel bad for the poor park workers and civic employees that will have to wipe your splattered brains off their lovely mountains and sidewalks."

What a miserable asshole this guy must be. :S

That was a good article for the sport.

I agree, not all base jumpers are completely insane, just most.
“Last week I helped my friend stay put. It's a lot easier than helping someone move. I just went over to his house and made sure that he did not start to load his shit into a truck.”

Way to keep an open mind there bro, what do you think most non-skydivers think about you?;)
Do you want to have an ideagasm?

The Doc loves how it is good for their business. You can see the Dollar Signs in his eyes.

If you think that BASE jumpers make even a fraction of a percentage point difference in the bottom line of any doctor in Twin Falls, you're completely mistaken.

The medical community generally, and physicians specifically, in Twin Falls, is very pro-BASE. This mostly has to do with personal relationships of a couple local jumpers (one is married to a doctor, one is the son- and brother-in-law of two doctors), and various charity efforts organized by jumpers (to benefit the hospital foundation and the local emergency response workers, in particular). It has nothing to do with "Dollar Signs."
