stevebabin 0 #4 May 11, 2005 I have an inversion table in my house that I use almost every day. I have 2 slightly bulging disks (L4-L5,L5-S1) and it is heaven to stretch my spine out. When you first start using it it seems like you're going to blow blood vessels in your head, but after a few days you adapt and that feeling goes away. It is also a great way to work your abs if you do crunches hanging upside down. There are supposedly lots of other benefits, but I just use it for my back. Hope this helps, Steve"Science, logic and reason will fly you to the moon. Religion will fly you into buildings." "Because figuring things out is always better than making shit up."
