Web Cam Setup Help!!!

Hey Guys,

I need help!!!!!! I bought a webcamera (Logitech QuickCam) not too long ago, and went to install it. Basically it's a plug and play type camera. Well, when i went to set it up it stated that the file usbccgp.sys found on Home Edition Service Pack 2CD wasn't found. I did a file search and found that it was on my computer, so I tried to just send the logitech software to the file, but when i tried to get to it, it didn't show up on the screen as an option of a file. It was found in my search files though.

Anyone have any ideas on what can be done????? I want my webcam working

Start with downloading the admin Service Pack 2 and re-installing it.

Then perform the rest of the windows critical updates.

You may need to go to the computer manufacturer website and download chipset and usb drivers as well.
