selbbub78 0 #1 November 15, 2007 Hey Guys, I need help!!!!!! I bought a webcamera (Logitech QuickCam) not too long ago, and went to install it. Basically it's a plug and play type camera. Well, when i went to set it up it stated that the file usbccgp.sys found on Home Edition Service Pack 2CD wasn't found. I did a file search and found that it was on my computer, so I tried to just send the logitech software to the file, but when i tried to get to it, it didn't show up on the screen as an option of a file. It was found in my search files though. Anyone have any ideas on what can be done????? I want my webcam working CReW Skies, bubbles"Women fake orgasms - men fake whole relationships" – Sharon Stone "The world is my dropzone" (wise crewdog quote) "The light dims, until full darkness pierces into the world."-KDM
hookitt 1 #2 November 15, 2007 Start with downloading the admin Service Pack 2 and re-installing it. Then perform the rest of the windows critical updates. You may need to go to the computer manufacturer website and download chipset and usb drivers as well.My grammar sometimes resembles that of magnetic refrigerator poetry... Bolas 5 #9 November 15, 2007 What he said and add going to the Logitech site to see if they have newer drivers. Stupidity if left untreated is self-correcting If ya can't be good, look good, if that fails, make 'em laugh.
