Who watches House?

Recommended Posts

So, last night - It was Lime Disease, and the rash was hidden under his HAIR

I started laughing. It was done already on Scrubs

Thanks for that, Sargent Spoiler.

:P

I love House. Never had a desire to watch Scrubs.

woops, sorry about the spoiler, but the diagnosis isn't the thrust of the plot anyway - I like the show a ton.

and Scrubs is maybe the best comedy of all time

Butters - I've seen them all, I mean they run it more on satellite than they used to run MASH or Cheers or Simpsons

I think that's true for everything these days.:S It's very important on my DVR to make sure "record only new episodes" is checked.

Simpsons frustrates me though because it seems every so often a bunch of reruns will get loaded into the programming database back in TiVo-world without complete data, so they'll show up as new episodes when they should be marked as reruns... if I don't keep my eye on what's been recorded, all of a sudden I'll have a week's worth of old episodes cluttering up my TiVo box (and since I have an old-old-old school TiVo - 40 hours with lifetime subscription - I have to make sure I'm not filling it up).

Hack your Tivo. I tosed in a 160 gig drive in mine and have over 180 hours of recording on it now proimarly due to the same issue with the Simpsons and a few other shows.

Hmmm... so how does one do that? The other option is just using TiVo to go to transfer stuff over to a hard drive, but that's a pain in the ass (but I did that when I was traveling a lot and my TiVo would fill up ... but I was watching almost everything on my laptop on the road anyway).

Scrubs is my favorite show. Outrageously funny at times, and can bring you to tears within moments.

those two guys are the BEST friends

Carla and Turk have the same aniversary as me and my wife.

Well, geez.

I like you. I like rehmwa. You both love the show.

But, didn't it debut in 2001? I think for me that ship has sailed.

At least until it reruns at 7 p.m. I never would have seen a single episode of Friends if it weren't for that. Friends is hee-larious. I had no idea.:$:D:P

Rocket - Carrie's sweet. Let's send her (and BZ) a present. I think the cafeteria has biscotti.

I don't care how many times I see House, Hugh Laurie will always be Bertie Wooster, to me.

So, are you keeping an eye on it right now?:P

I bet it does it when you're travelling only to screw with your head.:D

To Carrie, My DVR gets 100 hours. neener neener neener.;):P

Damn you!

:P

Actually, I don't need it. Us anal perfectionists don't care much for clutter. I either watch it or delete it. And if I've watched it, I delete it. If I get behind, I just delete it (if I don't it feels like a chore).

While I've never had to, I'm confident I'd have no problems "cutting away".

Biscotti? The Todd's confused...

Turk to Carla - "Hey, they've got biscotti in the cafe. Can I get one for JD?"

Carla - "No, you got him a present yesterday"

Turk - {pouts}

disappears, cut to Turk and JD eating biscotti together

I just saw it. You didn't spoil anything.:)
House is becoming a little silly, though.[:/] It was still a funny episode, but I like it better in Seasons Two & Three when the plot itself was more simple, but the writing & dialog were far more interesting.

It's like anything else. It's so hard to find good movies these days that are just well-written stories and not about all the action & different sub-storylines. It's insulting.
