floridadiver81 0 #1 November 18, 2007 I just want to say that amazon.com is AWESOME. I ordered the chilton's book for my car from amazon because they were the cheapest. Well..i get the "item shipped" email this morning and it was the wrong shipping address. So i call the customer service to see what they can do. Not only did they send me another book to the correct address....but orginally the first order was due to arrive november 24th.....now...with the new order i will get it on the 21st...and it didnt cost me anything extra! Its very rare to have a company do that without getting rude with them on the phone. Im extremely impressed by them and i am going to use them for anything else i need to get.
