Yep... nothing like a hot boss that wants more than you want to give, and blackmails you to get what she wants... and if you don't want to, you're fired, or worse, blackballed to the point you don't ever want any prospective employers to call her for references. There are some real NUTCASES out there. But thank god I haven't encountered one like that, just that one asshole that I mentioned before.

Female bosses CAN be as good as male bosses, but they don't seem as likely to be. If there are 100 male and 100 female bosses, I think a much larger percentage of the males will be good at it.

Nothing against female bosses but I have rarely worked well with a female boss because usually I piss them off. Something about me tends to piss female bosses off and I can't figure it out (and thus can't change it) so I generally prefer to work with guys.

My biggest handicap is that sometimes the hole in the front of my head operates a tad bit faster than the grey matter contained within.

I've only had one female boss but she was a good boss and I had good working relations with her. So I have no reason to think why I could not work for a female boss in the future.

Uhmmm....no. Never been the chauvinistic type. I feel that either males or females on average can equally do the job but for some reason when a female is put in charge of me I piss her off. This is not the case outside of an authority based scenario, only when they are my boss. Some people actually find it amusing that I have this "talent". No biggie, if I work for a female I just tend to try to not get noticed.

As upper level management, women are ok because they are more goal-oriented. "Here's the job, go do it, don't bug me because I'm busy."

Lower level ones tend to be too "social".
