I contacted the help desk and they filled out a ticket. "Someone will get back to you ASAP." Four days later, no contact, and I get an email... "The help desk has closed your ticket. If the problem persists, please contact us again." "Please complete our Customer Care document at this link." ...on the web. I'll bet those network guys get stellar reviews. skymama 37 #2 December 6, 2007 Whenever I have to call Brighthouse, I'm reminded by them that I can contact them on the web 24 hours a day. When I usually have to call, it's because I have no internet connection. If I could connect, I wouldn't need to call!
