"help" desk

There were 8 of us who are contractors that started on the same day. Therefore, our web access expired on the same day.

I contacted the help desk and they filled out a ticket.
"Someone will get back to you ASAP."

Four days later, no contact, and I get an email...
"The help desk has closed your ticket. If the problem persists, please contact us again."

"Please complete our Customer Care document at this link."

...on the web. :S

I'll bet those network guys get stellar reviews.
They never get anything but praise.

Whenever I have to call Brighthouse, I'm reminded by them that I can contact them on the web 24 hours a day. When I usually have to call, it's because I have no internet connection. If I could connect, I wouldn't need to call! :S
