Quote Had a guy do that in a duplex we owned once...he'd cut into the other sides cable AND telephone lines...was taping all their calls...watching their premium cable and likely bugged their computer traffic. Gets WORSE! I caught him because the 'good' tenant asked me about the 'surveillance camera' in the eves facing his deck with the jacuzzi.
