mamajumps 0 #4 December 6, 2007 I have had both male and female bosses in the past and I have also been a supervisor. I have had bad bosses of both genders. I currently have a female boss and I love her! She is so awesome. We have a great co-worker relationship and out of work as well. She even keeps my kids for me from time to time so I can go out.
