tube9999 0 #1 May 2, 2006 Was advised by my dropzone rigger that I need to start looking at replacing my steering lines. When we discussed it more, I decided to just replace all of them at once. I am just looking for advice on line sets for a Sabre 2 190. Any helpful hints are welcome.
justinb138 0 #2 May 2, 2006 Step 1. Call PD. Step 2. Tell them you need a new lineset. Step 3. Have them ship it to your rigger and have them install it, or ship the canopy to PD to have PD work on it.
tube9999 0 #3 May 2, 2006 Yeah, that's what I thought. Didn't know if there was a better way to go, different lines to choose, or whatever. Will organize that with them. Thanks
councilman24 37 #4 May 2, 2006 You DO have a choice of lines. Spectra or Dacron. Dacron is the "old thick stuff" but it stretchs when loaded so softens the opening shock some. If you've been having hard openings, have a little extra room in your main you might want to consider dacron. But probably not.I'm old for my age.
