Agree, plastic cups & dirty glasses... yuk ... The bodily fluids in the comforter and linen are recyclable .... so should be the dirt in the cups....

I caught this story when it broke. It is absolutely disgusting.

I was in Hotel Mgt for 15 years. I always insisted that the room glasses be run through the dishwasher. I'd like to think my Executive Housekeepers followed through.

I always wanted to use the wrapped plastic cups and bottled water, but you would be surprised how many guests would object as they felt those items were more 2 star.

I guess the tip off would be if the cleaning persons cart in the hallway doesn't have a supply of clean/dirty glasses on it guess what

We couls start a grass roots effort to clean out this problem by taking the hotel glasses with us every day, and tell your friends to do likewise.
