kelpdiver 2 #3 December 21, 2007 for the price, I see a lot of recreational uses if it delivers what is promised (location accuracy and prompt reporting). You could do checkpoint races within the city of SF and have the players/teams report in at each marker. When my mom was on Denali dealing with spotty cell coverage, she could send at least the position updates. I'm not sure how the 911 service part would work.
