Sheesh...yeah that's me. -All but the organization. I need things to be organized (Autistic trait coming out in me), but I just can't figure out how to make it happen. One of the hardest things I've had to overcome in being married to a sanguine middle-child is the fact that he loves to give me surprises. He knows that I hate surprises, but he has an absolute need to give them to me anyways. He admits that it's more for his own happiness than mine when he surprises me with a trip or jewelry or something, but I'm so gracious that I put up with it. ~Jaye Do not believe that possibly you can escape the reward of your action. ladyskydiver 0 #27 January 4, 2008 errr...ummm....can't vote. I am the oldest child of my mom's, but the middle child of my dad's. I grew up not knowing my father and that side of the family until last year. However, I have characteristics of both 1st and middle child. Life is short! Break the rules! Forgive quickly! Kiss slowly! Love truly, Laugh uncontrollably. And never regret anything that made you smile.

My youngest sister is 7 years my junior and my other siblings are within three years. I dont believe where you are born makes you who you are. Obviously your parents become smarter about being a parent and thier financial situation plays a big role. BUT, you are responsible for who you become. My siblings and me are so different and lead very different lives. They went to the local high school and i attended a very competitive very advanced high school that if you applied to just like a college. Then it was just like being in college. Most skydivers that are very good that i have met are arrogant and cocky, and thats ok with me. If you are going to be good at anything you have to believe you can and that there is no one better than you. As you get older you figure out how to temper that with common sense, compassion, and understanding, sometimes. In the bussiness world, especially in this country right now, you better be ready to make tough, quick, and sometimes very difficult decisions that affect more than just your life. So Skydiving brings all those things together and thats just one of the reasons i love it so much. It also takes intestinal fortitude to jump out of a plane. Skydivers come from all walks of life but most are free spirits and live life the way they want to with few hang ups. At the DZ's i have been to there ia always mutual respect for jumpers even when there is a ton of ribbing and jokes. Being a skydiver is not something i go around advertising because the whuffos just dont get it and i dont need to explain it. When i told my mom i was doing it after i finished my AFF she said, I always knew you would do something like that sooner or later. She is coming to the DZ this summer to watch. So i just broke up with this woman who wasn't even my girlfriend!
