Thanks! It's the University of Michigan's 26 meter (~85 feet diameter) radio telescope at the Peach Mountain Observatory. Technical details here. It's among the oldest, continually operating radio telescopes in the world -- since 1950s -- and been pivotal in reserach on black holes, quasars, and quasar-like objects in other galaxies.
