So you're going to let a minor delivery error ruin your day? You will be a much happeri person when you start appreciating the important things in life. cloudseeker2001 0 #27 January 7, 2008 Quote Yesterday I paid out thru the nose for a guaranteed delivery by 10:30 this morning. It is now 3:13 at where the package is going and no delivery. I have been on the phone with them all day (since about and hour past guaranteed time). They have told me that I will be getting my money back, but that is not good enough. They can't even return a damn phone call. I will fricking walk my next package somewhere before I ever use UPS again!!!!! I love UPS......will someone please post "that" pic of that UPS delivery chic????????? likestojump 3 #29 January 7, 2008 blah blah. you are too small of a sample size. UPS is a worldwide recognized company. Worlds largest. 15mln packages a day. Fedex, UPS, Post office... They all make mistakes. If you cannot afford a mistake to be made- do it yourself. NOBODY IS PERFECT. QUIT BITCHING. I use any carrier a customer wants me to. Every single one has fucked up at one time or another.
Zenister 0 #30 January 7, 2008 one of my friends worked for UPS (cant imagine its any different in any other company either TBH) in high school. pilotdave 0 #31 January 7, 2008 Quote DO you have a Kinkos anywhere near you? Fed Ex and Kinkos are one now, and I've used a Kinkos as a pick up location when I had no other choice. No idea... they've never offered that. There's a fedex (air) location less than 10 minutes away. But air and ground seem to be pretty much different companies. If ground could deliver to the air location, I'd be all set. Dave

I guess thats the only excitment they have in their lives... to be unjustly mean to others for no reason....
diablopilot 2 #33 January 7, 2008 I didn't see anyone being mean. I think a couple people decided they would comment on what appeared to be a whiney attitude, but not mean. Maybe they don't know how important the delivery was. Was it a life and death thing?---------------------------------------------- You're not as good as you think you are. Seriously. Halfpastniner 0 #34 January 7, 2008 The different FedEx divisions are basically different companies. They all run independently of each other, hence why ground wouldnt deliver to the air station ect.BASE 1384
