closing flap on Jav reserve

I closed my NJ reserve and found the last flap is sitting over the tuck flap of the bottom flap, making it impossible to tuck the protector flap. What have I done wrong?

So the top flap is actually stiicking over the area the outer cover flap would tuck in? How lined up are the grommets? What length closing loop did you use?

Can you post a pic so we can see it easier?

Ask your local rigger to inspect that Javelin.
It sounds like the last rigger forgot to tuck the #4 flap (the one that the pin and RSL rest on) under the pocket on the bottom flap.
That is a one minute fix by a competent rigger.
