Do you think they train them to walk incredibly slow as some sort of "Calming effect?" I.E. Option 1 Employee orientation: Chapter3 Paragraph 3 Look, the customers are going to be shitty and angry with you, no matter how quickly you get to them. They have sat in a lobby with nothing to do for longer than they'd have liked to. So, Fuck it, TAKE YOUR TIME. If you run to get Dipshit McGillicutty his stuff and you tire yourself out the next guy will be screaming that you are not treating him as well. So, SLOW THE FUCK DOWN!
