waltappel 1 #4 January 15, 2008 I just watched the first couple of minutes but according to the stats they present they need to: * Teach birth control to the Hispanics * Teach effectiveness to the border patrol agents. * Teach the people in the northeast how to move to where the jobs are * Expand the nursing program * Teach everyone Spanish.
