From Livendive's post: 1 lb fresh brussel sprouts, trimmed and cut in half 2 Tblsp olive oil 2 Tblsp maple syrup 2 Tblsp basalmic vinegar 1 Tblsp Dijion mustard 1/2 c. cashew pieces, toasted salt/pepper to taste In medium sauce pan, cook brussel sprouts in boiling water until crisp-tender (about 8 mins). Drain. Combine other ingredients in bowl and pour over cooked brussel sprouts. Add cashews and toss. Eat. I prefer to steam the brussel sprouts. More flavour. They are YUMMY!!!
