karenmeal 0 #1 January 24, 2008 Just curious if anyone is running their car on biodiesel. My boyfriend just picked up a used Jetta that he's going to start running on this- today! His plan is to run it on biodiesel, and as soon as he can, he will add a veggie oil conversion kit on there so that he can also run it off of straight veggie oil. Anyone have this? We know a good mechanic with lots of experience with Jettas and this conversion - it will cost about $2,000... but then.. Free Fuel!!
