Quick - what are the bs bingo words for "works independently without supervision" and "takes the initiative". My boss read it, said "That's a great write-up and I agree with all of it", told me I exceed expectations (we're graded on a "does not meet" to "exceeds" scale), and is adding his final thoughts now.
