MrFreefall383 0 #52 January 28, 2008 Tack on 400 flutterkicks in sets of 50 to my routine for today. Might do some pullups later as well, but that means I don't swim tomorrow, or I'll blow out my shoulders. Guess that means I put myself on the clock for another half hour of running around the hilly streets of my neighborhood tomorrow."If at first you don't succeed... well, so much for skydiving." - aviation cliche

ACMESkydiver 0 #56 January 29, 2008 I did 55 minutes on the treadmill last night varied intensity. 2%-3.5% incline, 3.5-3.7 MPH (slow, but I have short lil' legs and I'm still out of shape so I'm building up.) That ended up being 3.25 miles, I burned 365 calories, and it was no trouble at all. I'm dealing with another med change, and trying to take it easy to find the 'flip out point' on my heart. I did all that time on the treadmill and NO problems whatsoever, that felt good. Still have a tummy virus though. ~Jaye Do not believe that possibly you can escape the reward of your action. MrFreefall383 0 #57 January 29, 2008 Sounds like a fun run. Nice job! I did a nice little run today, ran for 30 minutes continuously on local hilly roads. Probably did about the same, 3.25 miles, maybe a little more. Just finished 500 situps as well, giving the arms a short rest. Legs aren't hurting all that much after the run either, so I might use 4 lbs in a weight vest next run to put a little extra strain on my legs, condition a little more."If at first you don't succeed... well, so much for skydiving." - aviation cliche
