Mozila Thunderbird Address Book - Please Help

Anyone know how to import an "ILDF" file [address book] from mozila Thunderbird to Microsoft Outlook 2007?? I already have it exported out of thunderbird & saved on the desktop, but I can't get it imported into Microsoft Outlook 2007.
