selbbub78 0 #2 February 1, 2008 well for me... when i'm stressed it helps for me to be active. Go for a run, or exercise, or bellydancing class or something along those lines... iluvtofly 0 #3 February 1, 2008 Stress is a large part of my job but i love it. I actually hate having the day off. Like today...I had the day off and I spent half of it drinking. happythoughts 0 #9 February 1, 2008 Stress affects me in two ways. - I can't clear my head and get past something. - It makes my muscles tense. That leads to physical and mental exhaustion.
