actor2k 0 #1 March 27, 2006 Custom Made (and/or embroidered) Cutaway and Reserve Handles seem to be somewhat popular these days. I see at least one skydiver who has them in every load I get. I want to get a couple of new handles but I can't find any place online that sells them! I'm actually interested in the "fatty-square" ones. Common sense would tell you "Why don't you ask the people who has them where did they get them from?" But every time I do I get the same reply "I bought my rig with them already" There has to be someone out there who knows where to order custom made handles. Can anyone help me? skybytch 273 #2 March 27, 2006 Contact the manufacturer of your container.
GravityGirl 0 #3 March 27, 2006 Order them from the manufacturer of your container. After market handles are not always a good choice. Each rig manufacturer has a bit different design. Length of cables. Side of velcro, etc. Contact the manufacturer. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Peace and Blue Skies! Bonnie ==>Gravity Gear!

actor2k 0 #5 March 27, 2006 Wow, I feel stupid now, why didn't I think of that!? I guess I was expecting to see pictures of available fabrics and fonts and stuff like that... I just hope that getting parts directly from the manufacturer isn't as expensive as it is for cars. Thank you very much for your VERY QUICK reply! See ya in the sky! Safe Jumps and Blue Skies! Nightingale 0 #6 March 27, 2006 I saw someone at Perris about two years ago (I was still a student) who had "Plan A" embroidered on his hackey, "Oh Shit!" embroidered on his cutaway handle, and "Plan B" on the reserve handle.
actor2k 0 #7 April 1, 2006 Yeah, those are really cool! I finally called SunPath and ordered a couple of handles. I didn't want them to say anything, I just wanted them in black and white checkerboard pattern Safe Jumps and Blue Skies!
