No your right none of that make it official, what does is that the fact it was Dr. Weschler who designed the IQ test scale which all tests use for scoring and futher more has refined it to what we will be using in 2008 as Wechsler_Adult_Intelligence_Scale IV, that and it is the most widely accepted test given in the united states. Taking an 8 min or one hour online quiz doesnt measure your IQ, IQ's are measured using a scale, meaning I could be a math genius and not read well and my score would not reflect a genius IQ, perhaps if you would have actaully taken a real test you would understand, I also stated first off the test IS flawed as you named one reason right there test fatigue can factor as well as many others things.
