DougH 270 #1 February 26, 2008 This was an expensive lesson. I am starting a rotation at another company tomorrow. I keep my same employer but I am basically contracted staff for this other company for the next several months. I was told that it was business professional, but I never confirmed it with the manager heading the engagment. So I went and bought two new suits to fill out the wardrobe, some new ties and dress shirts. 900 dollars later today I find out that I just need to wear a tie. Oh well, live and learn. At least the suits are sharp. "The restraining order says you're only allowed to touch me in freefall" =P

lawrocket 3 #3 February 26, 2008 Quotetake them back Oh, hell no. He said th esuits are sharp, and they'll last him forever if he doesn't wear them often. I'm to the point now where a suit with a decent shirt and no tie is "casual" for me. My wife is hotter than your wife.
DougH 270 #4 February 26, 2008 Quote take them back They are tailored... no taking them back. If they were bought from a JC Pennys or some other department store they would be back on the rack already. Oh well... there goes the Xti and camera suit I needed. pilotdave 0 #5 February 26, 2008 Ha ha! If you're not gonna wear em to work, wear them to the DZ. You'd really add some class to the place. Especially when you're manifesting. Dave
