hungarianchick 0 #6 March 12, 2008 They have sat on my Birth Certificate for over a week because we have a replacement mail carrier on our route and apparently he couldn't read my mom's '1's No attempts to redeliver it, no notices, nothing. (it was registered mail) So what does USPS do? They've put it on shelf at the post office and basically forgotten about it. "I love cooking with wine. Sometimes I even put it in the food."
