RALFFERS 0 #1 March 17, 2008 So, I took a job with Aflac & today was my 1st day. Everything was going great without a hitch; I got to the office on time, I didn't forget anything (sometimes I forget a pen, a notepad, etc, etc...) but today nothing of the sort happened. I get there, and my regional manager goes into a great 2 hour presentation detailing everything from the company's products to how to market & lastly, how to handle objections. I was really enjoying myself & got a feeling that I would do well here. After we got done with that there was an additional sales skills session which was being held at a another location, but it wasn't for a couple hours at that time, aso I decided to stop at a Subway for lunch (I didn't have breakfast & this training was going to be 4 hours - after which i had to be back a the office for another 3 hours.) I finished lunch, & headed back out to make the session...I had plenty of time - got there 25 minutes early in fact. Again, everything was going off without a hitch And THEN disaster struck!... I parked & was getting ready to head into the building, but decided to finish my brownie......and that's when ir happened...I dropped it, fudge side down on my pants. i looked down & thought: "you gotta be KIDDING me!... Why me? - FUCK!" I tried to see if I could cover the rather big stain with my blazer - nope. There's no way I could walk in like that, as it would look very unprofessional. I don't think my boss will be too angry (I hope) - I work 100% commission, so they're not paying me for my time or anything, I only get paid if I write business; but that's not the point - I wanted to go to that training for my own personal benefit. Luckily, it continues on for 2 more days, but I'm pissed I missed today nonetheless. This is 1 hell of a 1st day horror story. Do you have any? Please someone make me feel better.Dialogue/commentary between Divot, Twardo & myself - "from your first Oshkosh when the three of us were riding to or from one of

Seriously, PM me, I've been meaning to get some disability insurance for nearly a year and I keep putting it off.
