look/design (small)
usablility

bad:
verizon software updates breaking the bluetooth in my motorola krzr phones. (that's right... it's happened more then once...)

Frequently reports it has a 'bad connection and would I like to disconnect?' Then when I don't press 'yes', it does it anyway (disconnects).

I have one of the Jawbones also.

I don't use it.
