simplyputsi 0 #3 April 9, 2008 definition of weapon: An instrument of offensive of defensive combat; something to fight with; anything used, or designed to be used, in destroying, defeating, or injuring an enemy, as a gun, a sword, etc. So, although a hedgehog is not designed to be used as a weapon, it does qualify as anything, and if throwing it at someone causes them harm or injury it can be classified as a weapon. edit: I forgot to add that if throwing said hedgehog results in the endangerment of innocent individuals that you can in turn be charged with reckless conduct.
