Gaffers Tape...

There isn't a photo store in the town I'm in and i need some gaffers tape. Anyone know if Wal-Mart might sell it or where else I could find it?

You need to go to a Photo store. Walmart doesn't carry anything like it. Closest you will find is masking tape.

THIS is the good stuff.

10 yards, 2" wide of the really good stuff for $8.19.

I find the 2" wide works much better than 1" for holding cables down, etc. And 10 yards is a lot easier to carry in your gear bag than the huge 60 yard roll. I thought the 10 yards would be a lifetime supply for me, but after a couple years, it's finally starting to look smaller than it did when i bought it.

I don't know if there's one around, but you can also try theatrical supply, or even a pro sound company, or a lighting supply place? - I use that stuff almost every weekend.
