riddler 0 #4 April 16, 2008 Didn't bother to watch the video - I have enough drama in my life, thanks. But I gotta wonder - how could any judge see this and side with her? Isn't this harmful to her case? I guess she feels like she probably has no legal recourse, since she signed a pre-nup, and she's just taking it to the streets out of vengeance.Trapped on the surface of a sphere. I'm pretty sure that's the case. Pretty vindictive bitch, ain't she. Heather Mills McCartney isn't much better. She got millions out of Paul, and still bitched about not getting more. lawrocket 3 #6 April 16, 2008 Legal opinion: It's pretty stupid. And I particularly like the comments of her newly retained attorney: The video, he added, was the act of a powerless person, and "revolutions are made by powerless people." Huh? Raoul Felder, called for comment on the video, termed the whole thing "funny, but there's also sadness. This is a victim who is holding her head up. I think she comes off well." - I wouldn't describe that as "well.' As a sidenote, notice that thin British blonde women divorcing their older, welathier men are becoming somewhat of the new thing in the press? I wonder if she'll be dumping water on her hubby's lawyer. My wife is hotter than your wife.
Baksteen 84 #7 April 16, 2008 Quote And I particularly like the comments of her newly retained attorney Given what he had to work with I think he did pretty well. He could hardly call her a stupid [..] who never should have posted that if she ever wanted to get a penny off her hubby "That formation-stuff in freefall is just fun and games but with an open parachute it's starting to sound like, you know, an extreme sport." ~mom
lawrocket 3 #8 April 16, 2008 I'll explain my comments. First: I agree with him somewhat. I often explain to people - especially in a situation like a divorce - that often times the worst possible outcome is a big win. When one side has nothing to lose, the other side will go all out against you. However, the attorney lost some important credibility. I don't think he did well at all. Who out there would think, "Yeah. I think she came off pretty well?" Came off pretty well? How about, "Obviously, she is facing some difficulties and while I would have advised her against doing such a thing had I been asked previously, one should also understand that this is the result of an extremely stressful time and anybody, if placed under enough difficulty, may resort to such actions." yada yada. Don't say, "She came off well." Very few would actually believe that. My wife is hotter than your wife.
aprilcat 0 #9 April 17, 2008 She's #2 after the Pope in newscasts here. Looks pretty lame and desperate to me and frankly, I FEAR people with nothing to lose. It seems like anything can happen after she uses this to set up that insanity plea for going off. (and no, I won't watch her video!)~~April Camelot II, the Electric Boogaloo! "the act of a powerless person" "This is a victim who is holding her head up" The noble, virtuous victim... struggling, gasping... They need a poster of a kitten with big eyes... and one tear. In Florida, Debra La Fave (teacher) was convicted of having sex with a student. Did no jail time. Her attorney uttered the classic line, "She is too pretty to go to jail." Apparently, he was right. This year she got caught violating probation... still no jail. She is so hot.

Either they have the lawyers to get them off, or the judge knows they're gonna get their asses beat as soon as they enter prison. How then, did Martha Stewart actually get prison time?
