iluvtofly 0 #1 April 20, 2008 So this was my first weekend as a REAL packer. I say real because last year I only packed for experienced jumpers so it was pretty much all canopies around the 100sqft mark. Not really all that difficult. Towards the end of the summer they started letting me pack a student rig here or there. Well, Friday I learned how to pack tandems. In 2 days I packed 8 tandems. Now I know that doesn't sound like a lot, but when you've never packed one before it is. Plus it didn't help that the one rig had a brand new straight out of the bag canopy on it. That was one slippery little fucker. I was actually grateful when I got up this morning and saw the weather was shit. Every single muscle in my body hurts...including my hands.
