SuperGirl 0 #1 April 30, 2008 I have a series of images that show the gradual change in color to the nodes of a graph (see attached pdf if you scroll down fast you get the idea) I have the separate files saved independently, named incrementally, whatever (I have code to generate them so it's all pretty flexible) What I need is a quick'n'dirty way to automatically generate a little movie or some flash animation or whatever to loop through the images in a presentation. Any easy way to do that? First thing I found online was telling me to use Adobe Premiere, I'm looking for something that doesn't have me pay for software. edited to clarify: I'm looking for an automated process since I'll probably have hundreds of files so I don't want to insert each one by hand

SuperGirl 0 #3 April 30, 2008 yes... but is there an easy way to automate things? or would I have to manually insert each slide?
shropshire 0 #4 April 30, 2008 I believe that you'd need to load them manually. (.)Y(.) Chivalry is not dead; it only sleeps for want of work to do. - Jerome K Jerome
IanHarrop 42 #5 April 30, 2008 http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/digitalphotography/photostory/default.mspx This can take a bunch of images and turn them into a video, and its free. Accepts a variety of image formats, but I don't think pdf. I used this a long time ago and it was kind of cool. Even allowed me to put background music into what I made. I have not used it in a long time."Where troubles melt like lemon drops, away above the chimney tops, that's where you'll find me" Dorothy
SuperGirl 0 #6 April 30, 2008 awesome, thanks, I'll give it a try it doesn't need to accept pdf, that was just the easy way to post multiple images here without attaching single frames, I have separate png's (could easily convert to whatever)
madhatter 0 #7 April 30, 2008 Easiest for me is Windows Movie maker. Just import the pics as a batch, drag each into a frame in the timline (usually at bottom of screen) & play around with the delays A VERY MERRY UNBIRTHDAY TO YOU!!! D.S #
